In all other respects the Schools at which Catholics attend to
be Public Schools and subject to every provision of the Education Acts
for the time being in force in Manitoba.
A written agreement having been arrived at, and the necessary
legislation passed, the Remedial Bill now before Parliament is to be with-
drawn, and any rights and privileges which may be claimed by the minority
in view of the decision of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council shall
during the due observance of such Agreement remain in abeyance and be not
further insisted upon.
