Organizational history of International Association of Machinists. Lodge 122
The International Association of Machinists was formed in Winnipeg in 1890 and voted to join the National Association of Machinists. It thus became Lodge 122. In 1917 it affiliated with the Winnipeg Trades and Labour Council. One of the most prominent labour leaders produced by Lodge 122 was R. B. Russell. (Based on information from Archives of Manitoba.)
